Do I need to provide my own API keys for AI providers?
Yes, you'll need to provide your own API keys for any AI providers you want to use (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). This gives you direct control over your usage and billing with the providers. We securely store your keys and never share them with third parties. Please note that AI provider costs are not included in any MaitoAI plan and are billed separately by the providers themselves.
What is included in 'all core features'?
All plans include access to the visual agent builder, testing playground, structured outputs, and basic analytics. The main differences between plans are the number of agents, available AI providers, and usage limits.
How are agent calls counted?
Agent calls are counted only when your agent successfully completes a request and returns a response. Failed requests or errors are not counted against your monthly limit. This applies to both testing in the playground and production API calls.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly, and you'll only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my monthly agent calls limit?
When you reach your monthly limit, you'll be notified. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or wait until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused agent calls roll over to the next month?
No, agent calls don't roll over. Your quota resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
